Heat the oats, water, vanilla extract, mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup on the stove and stir together for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the quark and chocolate chips.
As the porridge cools it will thicken. Transfer to a bowl and devour.
