Peanut butter and chocolate is just one of those strange sounding combinations that really works. Try this peanut butter cup porridge for breakfast!

Ingredients
  • 35 g rolled porridge oats
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tbsp Graham's The Family Dairy natural quark
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • handful of chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Heat the oats, water, vanilla extract, mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup on the stove and stir together for 5 minutes. 

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the quark and chocolate chips. 

  3. As the porridge cools it will thicken. Transfer to a bowl and devour.
