An easy hummus dip that is great spread in your lunch time sandwiches instead of butter or can simply be served up as it is with your favourite crudités.

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 6 Peppadew Mild Piquante Peppers
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Chickpea water to loosen the hummus
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz.
  2. Pour in some chickpea water a bit at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
